Thanks for joining us!

We've had a fantastic time over this past week, both at Sunday's Haigh Fest, and all week long at the Tuned In concerts.

So when Ronan Keating played his final song yesterday and bid the crowd goodnight, we were a teeny bit sad that it's all over.

Luckily then, we get to relive some of our favourite Haigh memories when we return to LINC HQ early next week.

We'll have loads of your comments on the shows, pics and more from Haigh Fest and Tuned In.

Be sure to check out www.wlct.org/linconline from Tuesday, or follow us at www.twitter.com/theLINCwigan and we'lll let you know when our new content is up there.

Thanks to all those of you we've talked to and tweeted with over the past week, we've had a fantastic time, hope you have too!

Pre-show chat with Simon James -

The excitement is building and we're just a few short hours away from Ronan Keating's headline show at the final night of Wigan's Tuned In concerts.

Before that, Wigan's own Simon James will be hitting the stage in support. We caught up with Simon just a few minutes ago after he finished sound check, here's what he had to say:

'Doing the sound check was the first time I've walked out on a stage of that size to be honest and it was a bit daunting to be honest but I'm really excited about getting out there.

'There's a few nerves, more because I'm playing in Wigan than anything else. I'm from Wigan and it means a lot to me to be recognised in my local area. I've been all over the country touring, but there's nothing like playing a show in your home town.'

We'll have more from Simon on The LINC Online early next week. Check out www.wlct.org/linconline

Your pre-show comments on #ronankeating live @ Haigh

As tonight's support act, Simon James runs through a sound check, our man at Haigh went out into the crowd outside Haigh to get your thoughts on the upcoming Ronan Keating show.

Suzy and Emma from Kidiminster and Lynn and Pat from Wolverhampton haven't only travelled a long way to get here tonight, they've also been at the front of the queue to get in since 1.45am today, not that they're complaining! 'We've been waiting for weeks and weeks for this and it will definitely be worth it,' said Suzy. 'It's been ages since we last saw Ronan and we can't wait for tonight.

We'll have more of your comments from Ronan Keating live at Wigan Life Tuned In 2010 in our upcoming podcast, availiable early next week from www.wlct.org/linconline
'We love everything about him, his personality, the music, he's just amazing!'

Your pre-show comments from #thesaturdays show

We're live at The Saturdays Tuned In Concert. The Wanted are warming up, so we've been out into the crowd outside to get your thoughts...

Rosie and Kayleigh, both aged 9 from Aspull and Abigail, 10, from Standish were very excited about tonight's show:

'We love The Saturdays, we love their music and we love Vanessa, she's very pretty and a really good singer,' said Rosie.

Meanwhile, tonight's support act had their own fans. Sophie, 16, from Manchester told us:

'I'm well excited! The Wanted are performing, does life get any better than that?'

Adam Calderbank of Element on Haigh Fest 2010

Image: Element on stage“When we turned up and saw the stage we were just speechless. There’s no other borough that does this – it’s not very often bands like us get a chance like this. The adrenalin was pumping, the audience amazing and the setting fantastic.

“We were already hungry for success but it’s gone off the scale following this.

“Credit to everyone. There’s a great diversity of bands and people here today – it’s been an amazing day.”

Dave Costello of @Social_Icons on Haigh Fest 2010

“The gig was awesome. I can't actually describe how great it was playing no a massive stage with lots of people out there. A lot of the kids I teach at school came down, even my niece was there which was great. It was definitely my favourite gig so far. I'm looking forward to catching E.C.D later and I'd like to see The Hicks as well.”

Dave Costello, Social Icons.

(It's been a busy few days what with the Tuned In concerts going on this week, so we're finally getting round to going through all the interviews we did with the bands at this Sunday's Haigh Fest!)
